We stand behind FaceCommand. If the software doesn't work for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of the transaction date.
We strongly recommend using the free 7-day trial before purchasing. The trial is the full version of FaceCommand with no feature limitations. It is the best way to confirm the software works on your computer, with your webcam, and with your specific facial range of motion before you pay.

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued back to the original payment method by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
A refund is available if:
You do not need to provide a reason. "It doesn't work for me" is a valid reason.
After 14 days from the transaction date, refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at our discretion. If you're running into a technical issue, please email support@facecommand.net first. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and your lifetime license includes free updates and email support.
FaceCommand uses Lemon Squeezy as its Merchant of Record. The charge on your card or bank statement will appear as "Lemon Squeezy" or "LEMONSQUEEZY.COM." Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method.
